Car Hire Branch Manager

Responsibility:


Bookings/Returns Facilitation

Client Liaison

Facility/Building Management

Staff Management & Competence Training

Update Management Information Systems (MIS) as required

Compliance Management to company policies and procedures

Development initiatives to increase efficacy and reduce down time on any vehicles

Daily/Weekly /Monthly reports as required to Operations Manager/Financial Manager.

Actively look for new business opportunities through cold calling and networking

Set up meetings with potential client, do a discovery analysis of their needs

Prepare and present power point presentations on our products and services

Negotiate and close new accounts

Maintain and exceed revenue targets including GP

Ensure daily activity call targets are achieved

Strong understanding of the New Business Cycle

Ensure the targets for the new business funnel are achieved and kept active

Set frequent reviews and reports with existing customers

Maintain and exceed customer satisfaction at each interface

Collaborate with the team to build strong internal working relationships

Manage Debtors daily to ensure debtor targets are achieved

Live the company values
Must have a drivers License
